Annual meeting: Parish Council has set the date for this year’s meeting; which is Sunday 15 October 2017. After worship at St. Andrew’s and a quick cuppa, the meeting will be held at the Bryndwr building, cnr Ilam and Aorangi Roads, and will conclude with a shared lunch. Please bring some finger food to share.

Annual reports and copies of the accounts will be available from the office or electronically from 1 October.

Nominations for parish council need to be with Ruth Churcher before 1 October and any notices of motion for the Annual Meeting need to be with the Bryndwr office before 13 October.

Parish Visitors: If you haven’t already picked up your copies of the latest Village News you will find them in a box with your visiting list in the foyer. Thanks again for the care you provide in this important part of our community life together

Evening Circle:  This will be Sunday, 24 September, at 5.30 p.m. at Rosemary Braithwaite’s home.  If you would like to attend, please phone Rosemary.

Heads up:  We are aware that there is a very large quilting symposium on at StAC on the weekend of 8 October.  Due to the pressure on car-parking, Parish Council are suggesting we join Knox church for worship that day. There will not be a Village worship service held at St. Andrew’s at 10am on 8 October.
