Annual meeting: Parish Council advise that this year’s meeting will be held Sunday 15 October 2017 at the Bryndwr building, cnr Ilam and Aorangi Roads starting at approximately 11:30am, concluding with a shared lunch. Please bring some finger food to share.

Papanui building: The building is on schedule to be finished by the end of this month. Walk through dates will be made available as soon as possible for after that date. If you wish to donate toward any of the plants and chattels information is available from Judith Souness or Gordon Shields. Information sheets are available at the back of the chapel.

 Kilmarnock Edition: The group are performing on Friday 3 November 7pm at the Bryndwr Village Common.

Tickets are $15 and are available from Lesley Compton, Anne Stewart or the Bryndwr office. Supper is provided.

This is a great opportunity to bring friends, enjoy an evening of Celtic songs with audience participation and experience the new building.

Garage Sale: The Spring Garage Sale will be on Saturday November 11 at the Bryndwr site. If need anything picked up please let the office know, there is storage available at Bryndwr.

 Village Camp: At Raincliff, South Canterbury on November 17th-19th. The campsite has bunk rooms and caravan sites are also available. This camp is open to all in The Village. For details contact Ken & Kath Newton knewton@actrix.co.nz
