APW PILLARS Christmas Hampers: It would be appreciated if you could donate some Christmas food (for example, mince pies, tinned fruit, biscuits, sweets) for PILLARS who help families of prisoners. There will be a box in the entrance at St Andrews to receive these items today. The hampers will be taken to PILLARS after APW’s last meeting on Wednesday 15 November.
Papanui office administrator: The search begins to find a replacement for Kathy. If you, or someone you know, might be interested in this part-time position, contact Anne Stewart in the first instance.
Women’s Fellowship: The final meeting for this year will be on Thursday 23 November at 7.30 pm. All are welcome to our Christmas service which will be in the chapel at Bryndwr, followed by supper.

November Communion will be on Sunday 26th this month rather than the usual 3rd Sunday, which would have been the 19th.
Village service @ Bryndwr: We are trialling a new initiative for a mid-week worship/fellowship expression at Bryndwr, beginning on Wednesday 22 November at 5.30pm. The evening will begin with worship from 5.40pm to 6pm and will be followed by shared food finishing by 7pm.
Christmas celebration of children: this service will be on 3 December and will involve many of the children of The Village. There will be a late morning tea/early lunch after the service and you are invited to bring a plate to contribute to this.
