Christmas celebration of children: this service will be on 3 December and will involve many of the children of The Village. There will be a late morning tea/early lunch after the service and you are invited to bring a plate to contribute to this.

Pillars: A huge thank you to all the generous people who provided Christmas goodies for families of Pillars.

A.P.W. had a service to bless the food and families before it was taken to Pillars.

 Kids’ Club: The Kids’ Club would appreciate cardboard rolls please. The type of rolls from cooking paper etc. Thank you

Bryndwr Grounds Roster: A new roster has been prepared and emailed to those involved in the maintenance of the grounds at Bryndwr. Please contact Leone at the office if you have not received the email, or if you are interested to be involved in this service in the future.

Truffles needed!- We would like to give a small package of truffles as a Christmas gift and thank you to the Burnside Primary school staff for all the hard work they do throughout the year. We will gift them at a school morning tea on Tuesday, 12 December. If you are able to make some truffles for this, we would be very grateful.  If they are suitable for freezing, you can bring them to the Village Bryndwr office between 9am – 12noon Tuesday – Friday. Christ the King Choir Concert: To celebrate the Solemnity of Christ the King the CTK parish choir is holding a free concert today, Sunday 26 November from 4.00 to 5.30 p.m. in the church at 90 Greers Road. A programme of sacred and contemporary choral music has been prepared. You are invited to come and bring a friend or two.

Theology House: are offering study options for home or small group use. Study theology and ministry at NZQA Level 5 for minimal cost and maximal reward. Mix of face to face learning and online tutorials. Three courses offered in 2018. All details at www.theologyhouse.ac.nz or ring Claire on 03 341 3399.
