You’re all invited! Burnside Primary School has extended an invitation to the entire Village community to come along to an assembly in the school hall on Tuesday, 2 July at 9:30am with a Thank You morning tea to follow. They want to extend their thanks to everyone who has contributed food, goods, quilts and reading time to the school. The school is located at 96 Memorial Avenue, near the corner of Memorial and Ilam Roads. Come along!

Quiz Night: On Saturday August 17th we are holding a Quiz night in The Common at Bryndwr starting at 6.30pm.

Christchurch historian Margaret Lovell-Smith will be talking about her forebears, who were heavily involved with the Methodist Church, women’s suffrage and other campaigns for social change, in early Christchurch.
