Table Talk presents … a session (tonight) with Don Lord from Hagar.  Don will be talking to us about Hagar’s work which aims to see ‘communities free and healed from the trauma of slavery, trafficking and abuse’.

The Village Bryndwr ~ 6pm for a light meal, 7pm for the presentation.  It would be great to see you there!  If you are coming please let Annie or Kate Boardman know for catering purposes.

The Village Market: Our last market for 2019 – next Saturday 7th December.

Children’s Christmas Service – 10am service Sunday 8th December:  Come along and celebrate Christmas with the young people of the Village.  Everyone is welcome at this special service – bring your children, your grandchildren and your neighbours!  Morning tea will follow the service.  If you are able to bring a plate of child-friendly food to share, it would be much appreciated.

 Book Stall:  Our monthly book stall happens next Sunday 8th December, after Worship at St Andrew’s College Chapel.  Donations of books to sell are welcomed.

Village Leisure Group:  Wednesday 4 December at 1pm, at The Village Bryndwr – Secret Santa.  This will be our last gathering for the year.  All welcome!

Thursday hour:  A relaxed gathering for a social hour (bring your own drinks) at the Village Bryndwr.  Everyone welcome ~ 5-6pm on the first Thursday of each month (apart from January).

Women’s Fellowship Christmas Hamper for Pillars:  Pillars is an organisation working with children and families of prisoners to give them support and opportunities.  Donations of Christmas food are being collected by The Women’s Fellowship.  Please bring to Church (next Sunday 8th December is the last day for collection).  Thank you very much.

Carols at Riccarton Bush:  Hosted by Riccarton-Spreydon Anglican Parishes St Martin’s and St James, with music by Addington Brass.  Sunday 8th December at 6.30pm.
