The Village Prayer Team: If you or someone you know would benefit from having some prayer support then please feel free to send your requests to prayer@villagechurch.nz and the team will spring into action. (You can be assured of confidentiality).  There is also a box for you to pop any requests in, available on Sundays at our 10am service.

Fly-Bys:  Our visiting to people in their homes, or rest homes begins again next week, Tuesday 11th February.  If you would like to either be a visitor, or you know of someone who would appreciate a visit, please speak with Nancy Morgan or Deirdre at the Bryndwr office.  Thank you.

Music Moments Assistance:  Come and join us for music, play and fun with pre-schoolers on a Monday morning. A great way to start the week.  We are looking for more people to go on the roster for Music Moments at Papanui 9.15 to 11am on Mondays during the school term.  Once per term, monthly or more frequently. Our volunteers have the support of a comprehensive database and extensive training.  They are trained to interview clients and research the options that are available.  This may also include referring someone to another agency if they need access to on-going support and advocacy services.

We offer information on anything from consumer rights, to family issues, to tenancy and flatting problems.  Use your skills and experience to help others in the community.  We not only help members of the community, but also provide a mentally stimulating and rewarding experience for our volunteers.
