Our Worship Services

You may have noticed that not all of us are the same! At The Village we have different expressions of worship to reflect this. If you’re looking, we hope you can find a home with us.

Sundays @ Bryndwr 10am

Every Sunday throughout the year we meet at our building in Bryndwr – 365a Ilam Road.

These services are lively, relevant, uplifting, thoughtful and usually are concluded with a cuppa and friendly conversation. You are very welcome to come along, and if you have any questions, email Tracey at tracey@villagechurch.nz or phone her at 352 6197.

Mid Week Service – Thursdays

Every Thursday at 11:30 a.m. throughout the year at our building in Papanui, corner of Papanui road & Frank street.

We start with a relaxed service before catching up over a hot lunch. You are very welcome to come along, and if you have any questions, email Tracey at tracey@villagechurch.nz or phone her at 352 6197.

The Congregation of St Andrew’s at Rangi Ruru

Service held on the fourth Sunday of each Month

Near the end of 2019 the congregation of St Andrew’s at Rangi Ruru came to a close and the responsibility of oversight came under the umbrella of The Village Presbyterian Church.

On the fourth Sunday of every month, those who wish to keep the connection with one another can continue to gather at the St Andrew’s Church building at Rangi Ruru school to meet and worship together. Of course, any and all are welcome to attend.

The Rev Hamish Galloway is currently working for The Village as a pastor and preacher for the St Andrew’s at Rangi Ruru people, conducting the monthly service and providing pastoral care. For more information, email Hamish at minister@cashmerechurch.org.nz or phone him at 027 603 0063.

This group focuses on reflection and sharing with its roots in the Celtic tradition. For more information, email Tracey at tracey@villagechurch.nz or phone her at 352 6197.
