Eco Church initiative – Lid and cap recycling: We now have bins at Bryndwr and Papanui to recycle your clean metal and plastic caps and lids.  The new bins are sitting next to the battery and lightbulb recycling bins (in the foyer areas). No coffee cups or lids, please.

Change to Bryndwr Office Days/Hours: the Bryndwr office will be open from 9am-1pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Phone messages and emails will be attended to on these days. We will trial these hours till the end of Term 1 2026.

 

Baking for Students: Exams are looming and we can show care and support for students on study leave at Rochester and Rutherford Hall with donations of baking. Sandra Wright-Taylor is coordinating this and donations of baking need to be left at Bryndwr on (or by) Sunday 19 October.

Labour Weekend Church Crawl – The Community Church of Akaroa is hosting simple services with guitar led praise and prayer across all its churches on Sunday 26th of October:
