Notices 13 – 20 July

Playful Generations: – 9.30am to 11am each Thursday during the school term.    We encourage you to come along and enjoy a cuppa and a chat in this space, (the lounge at the Village Papanui).  There is often a low-key activity organised by Layka for the children, and Rev Josh can usually be found making drinks at the coffee machine – some of the people who attend ‘steady as you go’ in the hall, come through after their session, to enjoy a social time.  Others pop in for a short visit.  Everyone is welcome, with no commitment to regular attendance.  It’s an open invitation to come when you have a free Thursday morning.  Next week, 24 July, join us for a 1^st birthday celebration!

July and August Birthday lunch at the Blackbeards, 12.30pm Sunday 3rd August.  Let’s celebrate those with a July or August birthday with a potluck!  Please RSVP with numbers to Teresa by Friday 1st August.

Morning Prayer: – You’re invited to weekly morning prayer on Tuesday mornings, 9 to 9:30 am in the Bryndwr Chapel. This is a way of holding an intentional sacred space in the week to join with God and with others in prayer. If you’re keen, but can’t’ make it along at that time, have a chat with Luke or Josh.
