Table Talk 2026 – our first session of the year will be on Sunday 15th February, 6pm at Papanui.  All are welcome!  We are a group that meets to discuss and act upon issues around faith, social justice and the environment.  If you are interested, we would love to see you.  We meet on the first and third Sundays of the month for a shared meal, followed by an activity e.g. guest speakers, discussions, documentaries etc.  If you have any questions, please contact Linda, Hannie and Frik or Annie and Kate.

The Village News: “I am hoping to get the March newsletter underway by the end of February and I would love to include your stories of happenings in The Village!  We’re also heading into Easter and I’ve been wondering if you have any stories about what you and your families did to celebrate when you were young. Maybe there is a favourite recipe that was always made for Easter, or a memory of something special. (In Holland, my grandfather always brought home a basket of strawberries and a basket of eggs for Easter! Not a chocolate in sight!)

Please email any contributions to Hannie by 28 February.”

The 2026 Directory: Tracey will be printing a new edition of our Directory, to be delivered with the Village News later in March.  If you could please check the details in the 2025 edition, and let her know of any changes needed, by Friday 6 March that would be appreciated.  Phone the Papanui office and leave a message (352 6197) or email papanui@villagechurch.nz
