AGM This year’s AGM is planned to be on Sunday 5 October, following the service. Any matters of General Business to be raised, please be sent to the Parish Clerk in writing (email is fine) by Tuesday 30 September.
Nominations for Parish Council: If you’re considering serving as part of our Parish Council, nomination forms (for you and the person nominating you) are available from the Bryndwr and Papanui offices. Please have these returned by Tuesday 30 September.
Community Planting Day at Nepal Reserve (off Westpark Drive – look out for the ‘volunteers at work’ sign) in Burnside:
Monday 29 September from 10am to 2pm (drop in anytime, stay as long you like). This is the 2nd phase of native planting, with around 1,600 plants to go in. A free sausage sizzle from 11.30am. Bring a drink bottle, sturdy shoes and weather-ready clothes. All tools and gloves are provided.
The Parish Council has recommended our church building in Redwood be sold: A vote on whether or not to sell the Redwood church building will be taken at our Annual General Meeting on 5 October 2025. Please give this matter prayerful consideration. More background information about the decision will be included in the reports sent out before the AGM.
