AGM This year’s AGM is planned to be on Sunday 5 October, following the service. Any matters of General Business to be raised, please be sent to the Parish Clerk in writing (email is fine) by Tuesday 30 September.
Nominations for Parish Council: If you’re considering serving as part of our Parish Council, nomination forms (for you and the person nominating you) are available from the Bryndwr and Papanui offices. Please have these returned by Tuesday 30 September.
The Parish Council has recommended our church building in Redwood be sold: A vote on whether or not to sell the Redwood church building will be taken at our Annual General Meeting on 5 October 2025. Please give this matter prayerful consideration. Background information about the decision was included in the reports sent out by email before the AGM. If you need a printed copy a few have been made available at our Bryndwr and Papanui offices.

Honouring Survivors: A public apology The Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand will deliver a public apology to survivors of abuse that occurred while in its care. The apology will be delivered by The Moderator for the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand, Right Rev Rose Luxford, at two events which have been designed alongside survivors. (Dunedin – Saturday 27 September, 12pm, Auckland – Saturday 4 October, 10am). This will include details of the Church’s new survivor-designed holistic redress process. Videos of both events will be made available on the PCANZ website.
