Lent Reflection Group: Join us in the Chapel for Lectio/Visio Divina, with contemplative Gospel readings and artwork to lead us through Lent to the season of Easter. Tuesdays at 11am.

The March/April birthday lunch will be on Sunday 19 April at 12.30pm. Venue: Sandra’s. The theme will be “A trip down memory lane”. To help with this please send your baby/toddler photo to Sandra by 15 April.
Use of Emergency Exits at the Village Bryndwr: People attending Sunday services or other events who would need to use a ramp to exit the building in the event of an emergency, should note their nearest suitable exit point. Ramps are located at the main entrance, the rear entrance and the hall entrance.
Church Donations: A reminder that March 31 is the end of the financial tax year and a time to think about any additional giving we might make to the church, which will result in a donations tax credit of 33 cents in the dollar from IRD.
Lavender Bags for Easter Camp: A huge thank you to everyone who bought my lavender bags! I’m super grateful for your support to get me to Easter Camp and I hope you enjoy them! – Sophie
Bryndwr office hours: Sadly, Fei has resigned her role as our administrator at Bryndwr to focus on her expanding Learning Aid job at Burnside high school. We are grateful for all she has contributed to our church and wish her all the best for her next chapter! We are advertising to fill this role, but in the meantime the Bryndwr Office won’t be staffed. For bookings, please contact Tracey at Papanui in the first instance for availability. If you are interested in this role, or know someone who might be, please chat to Luke or Judith.
The Village News, Autumn edition is now available for visitors to pick up from the Village Bryndwr. Thank you. The new directory has not been printed yet; we will advise when this is available.
Last day 29 March – Arts Exhibition “Community & Creativity” – Painting | Craft | Children’s Art: There will be an exhibition at the Papanui building on Sat 28th and Sun 29th March, featuring work by Sharon Song’s children’s art group, the Creative Nest and the Monday painting group. Free entry. Open 10am to 3pm, everyone welcome.
Easter eggs for Pillars – thank you so much for your generous donations of Easter eggs that have been delivered to Pillars, ready to be given to the families. A special thanks to Tracey (and Fei before she left!) for coordinating the collection and to Lesley for delivering the eggs to Pillars.
