Notices 3 – 10 November

‘Nature’s Heart’ 2024 Arts Exhibition:  Saturday 9 and Sun 10 November – 10am to 3pm at The Village, Papanui.  Free entry, koha appreciated – all donations received will be given to support The Papanui Bush project.  An exhibition by the Creative Nest groups, Dance & Arts Therapy NZ (Arts 4 All), Sharon’s Art Studio.

Food parcels: Thank you for all your donations!  We have a LOT of pasta at the moment.  Suggested alternatives for giving – coffee, tea, milo, canned vegetables, pasta sauce, rice. Thanks again!

Jazzamatazz – Summer Surprise: Sunday 17 November, 3-4pm.  An hour of jazz followed by a cup of tea or coffee.  All ages event.  A gold coin donation please at the door and something for the food bank would be appreciated.  St Silas Anglican Church, Main North Road, Redwood.  For further info please speak with Chris Richardson, ph 359 6063.

Also to do with the market we wondered about a sausage sizzle on market days during the Summer. For this to happen we need the loan of a BBQ and a couple of people to cook the sausages.  If you can help with this please see Lesley or Andrew.

Thursday Hour:  5-6pm at the Village, Bryndwr – join us for a social hour, nibbles provided (byo drink).
