Baking for the community: The Village is providing vegetarian savouries (scones, muffins) for the Kia Ora Bryndwr – Connect with Kai event on Monday, 16 February. Table Talk and the Hospitality committee are kindly helping, but since 200 – 300 people are expected, “many hands make light work”. Please label any baking left in the fridge @ Bryndwr or contact Mary Jo to drop off items with her. And come along to Morley Park from 5 – 7pm on the 16th for lots of other yummy food!

Flybys, Bryndwr, commence visiting on February 3rd and all Tuesdays until the School term holidays. If you know of anybody in the area who is unable to attend church anymore but would welcome a visit, please let the church office, the Minister or Nancy M. know.
Table Talk 2026 – our first session of the year will be on Sunday 15th February, 6pm at Papanui. All are welcome! We are a group that meets to discuss and act upon issues around faith, social justice and the environment. If you are interested, we would love to see you. We meet on the first and third Sundays of the month for a shared meal, followed by an activity e.g. guest speakers, discussions, documentaries etc. If you have any questions, please contact Linda, Hannie and Frik or Annie and Kate.
Induction Service at St Mark’s – Rev Lynmaree Sopoaga (Aunty Lyn) begins a new ministry on Thursday 26 February at St Mark’s in Avonhead. All are welcome to attend the induction service beginning at 4:30pm, followed by a light tea. Please RSVP for catering purposes admin@stmarks.net.nz
