Notices 16 – 23 February

Venue change for Sunday 23rd February: Next Sunday worship will be at Papanui at 10am as the Weet Bix Kids TRYathlon is being held at Jellie Park and parking will be hard to find.

Grocery delivery bags needed: if you or anyone you know has spare paper grocery delivery bags, please could they be dropped off at Bryndwr? We need them for the Burnside Primary food parcels. Thank you!

Battery and lightbulb recycling:  You can now recycle your light bulbs and batteries at church, both at Bryndwr and Papanui.  Look out for the labelled black bins in the foyer.  The batteries and lightbulbs will be taken to Mitre 10 for recycling.  (This is a Village Eco Church initiative).

Kia Ora Bryndwr – Connect with Kai is being hosted by the Village, other local churches and the community board on Monday, 17 February from 5 – 7pm at Morley Reserve (Morley × Clyde). Free food and family fun for the community. Come along!

Indoor Bowls at Papanui:  Come and join us at the Papanui complex on a Friday afternoon 1.30pm to 3.00pm for a social game of indoor bowls. No previous bowling experience needed. The first afternoon will be Friday 7th March 2025. Be there by 1.15pm and wear flat, soft-soled shoes.  Contact Margaret Shields for further details.
