A recording of Rev. John Hunt’s funeral will be shown in the lounge at Papanui on Tuesday 13th February, 2-4pm. The recording will be followed by coffee & tea.  All are welcome.  Please pass this on to whoever this might be of interest to.

Foot Clinic Room

This room is now kept padlocked because it contains cleaning and other material which could be harmful to children who attend after-school or holiday programmes in this building.  The key is on a nail on the wall on the lefthand side of the door.

Foot Clinic

The Foot Clinic is held every 6 weeks approx.  Our clients, from the community and our Church family, come to soak their feet in a foot bath, get their nails trimmed, and then finish with a foot massage.  They also get a cuppa as well.  We need more helpers, particularly to do the massage.  You will be taught what is required.  Also we need someone who could fill in making the cuppas when our regular volunteers are away, as happens from time to time.  Our next foot clinic is on the 8th and 9th of February starting at 1pm each day.  If you are interested to see what happens feel free to come along and chat to any of the volunteers. If you think this is something you could do I would love to hear from you, Janice.

Clothing Shop

The clothing shop is looking for some more volunteers.  It’s for one Saturday morning a month from 9.15am to 12 noon on a roster system.  We really need another couple of helpers to spread the load on our present volunteers.  If you think this is you please see Janice C. or call her.

Please check your details in the Directory:  Please email or phone Tracey at the Papanui office if any of your contact details have changed.    Phone 352 6197 or papanui@villagechurch.nz   Thank you.
